This is just sheer bliss in a bowl, quite possibly the best ramen in Singapore. Any beef lover can tell you the joy of eating masterfully cooked tender beef short ribs and melt-in-your-mouth oxtail. And any ramen lover can tell you how comforting it is to savour rich broth packed with flavour and nutrients from bones and tendon. Here you get a perfect marriage of all of these in your bowl of ramen, plus free-flow ramen egg, PLUS more good stuff in that same bowl, at a price more reasonable than it should rightfully be. Thank God, and thank the chef for the mastery that made such an unbelievably satisfying meal possible. Keep working your miracles. I'm so glad I came.

The unstoppable Howard and Hui Nan have done it again!! Another awesome little concept with great food and drinks. Their Oxtail Ramen will blow your mind as would their mouthwatering selection of Dons, Ramens, and Bites. Try their mini cup sakes or Alex's bespoke cocktails for some happy smiles #howardandhuinanarepleased

We were wow-ed by the number of eggs on our dishes and on the table 😂 Anyway, the gyoza is great! Crispy on the outside with succulent fillings on the inside. Everything a gyoza should be. We absolutely love the yuzu noodles. It was light, tangy and very refreshing. Reminded us of the Afuri ramen in the land of the rising sun. Please consider making a soup version! The mixed tempura is passable but nothing to shout about. Taste good with the sauce. Ramen soup is great too. Springy noodles and clear, rich soup. However, the truffle loco moco, truffle beef short ribs fell way below expectations. There was not a hint of truffle. The mala beef was well done but wasn't expecting minced beef. Each teacup donburi comes with a perfectly made onsen egg so fans of onsen eggs will be very pleased. In all, I think try the noodles dishes, maybe skip the Don if you can. Very crowded, make a reservation in advance.

Actually loved the dish I ordered here, but it was just missing the mark on the tempura! Located under an old estate, the cosy counter serve bar is definitely a place to revisit. The chilled yuzu ramen really exceeds expectations with a refreshing and yet umami-filled savouriness. Sadly the tempura that accompanies it is so bad! The vegetables are barely cooked, sweet potato was crunchy(!) And the prawn which was steamed perfectly was so salty Maybe next time a different dish will be better

Used the birthday promotion - they give sashimi slices for your age with group of 4 people and minimim order of a ramen each (e.g. 20 slices of free sashimi if you turn 20 years old within the next week) Food was fresh and tasty, would recommend!

Small and cosy location, not recommended to bring big bags. Service is not the best but its a small place with limited staff so forgiveable. Free sashimi slices is awesome and fresh. Food wise, love the loco moco don but char siew ramen and char siew unagi don leaves much to desire. Green tea is good, using green tea powder instead of the usual sachets. I'd say, come during your birthday to enjoy the sashimi and it's worth the visit.

hard to find... but it's a hidden gem.. didn't know of its existence until friends suggested lunching here. they serve an interesting mix of ramen, tried the yuzu mala cold noodles, its refreshing and unique. recommended to try. seats are limited as it is a small shop.

A small establishment serving inventive Japanese cuisine. Don’t expect the traditional and authentic Japanese fare but be surprised by the complexity of flavours that left me not just guessing the ingredients but wanting more too. I’d recommend the US wagyu beef tartare, the sumo ramen (spicy or original tonkotsu broth) and the lobster okomoniyaki!
