One of my favorite places for solid ramen. Only have this to say about the ramen: totemo oiishi! The gyoza is amazing too.

Nestled in a rather inconspicuous level of Orchard Central, this place serves up a really hearty bowl of ramen! I always try the original first before trying other fanciful flavours, and the Tonkotsu broth didn't disappoint. Thick and flavourful, the broth was sinful to the last drop. You could also choose the firmness of the noodle but I thought the Hard option came rather soft. Moving on, the side meal was quite worth it for the char siew + egg + beansprouts + corn. I believe it was around $9? Gyoza and Karaage were okay. Would come back again!

I love the thick and flavourful soup! You can choose the softness if the noodles too! My bowl is Japanese size while the red one is regular size. Japanese size is super filling! I’m 77kg/180 and I got really full with the Japanese size. Regular would be perfect for you if you don’t have a big appetite.

Good bowl of ramen! The Japanese size is quite a good portion if you're hungry. Char siu is thinly sliced and not overly fatty. Soup is thick but is not overpowering or oily. Noodles have a good bite to it! Overall a great ramen experience!

Ordered the regular sized nantsuttei tonkotsu ramen (one piece of chashu), and chashu-men (four pieces of chashu). Read that they were famous for their tonkotsu with black garlic oil. The garlic oil gave the soup more flavour. May not be your thing if you prefer the classic tonkotsu style. Chasu was tender. Noodles texture can be customised. Regular size was just nice if you don't have a big appetite. Price was average. Service was ok.

One of the best ramen in the island! Love the broth, the meat ooohhh…. Generous portion of meat and taste great too. Super friendly staff, great service, lil bit pricey but sooo worth it! Highly recommended! One of my favourite ramen.

Very nice ramen. Ordered the regular size ramen with lunch promotion. Serving size was just nice as after eating with the side dish and drink it was sufficient. Choose doneness of noodle in soft, normal, hard.

The ramen here has a nice thick broth but not too salty, and the texture of the noodles (normal) is quite good. I loved the service of the staff as well, who are always so courteous and welcoming.

I ordered a Nantsuttei tonkatsu Raman, and a ajitsuke tamago. The broth is very subtle and not salty, very cater to my taste buds. I like to texture of the noodles, at first I thought it’s too thin, but it’s very chewy and nice texture. Same as the verdicts, I would give a 4.5 stars!
