The service here is not the best and they’re not very helpful. I heard the waffles were good a long time ago and finally came to try, but though the waffles were good, the ice cream was alright. Overall it was okay, but probably wouldn’t go back.
Quite a good place to come for some waffles and interesting looking ice-cream for desserts! The waffles were pipping hot, crispy & tasty. Topped with the scoop of salted caramel ice-cream with choc sauce tasted really good! They do serve water on the house, however it is tap water. Too bad mine was served in a cup that smelt. Otherwise the experience here would have been even better.
Place had some interesting deco that did lived up to its name as ‘mad hatter’. Likewise for some of the interesting ice-cream flavours & naming of the waffles on the menu.
This must be one of the BEST WAFFLES ICE CREAM that I ever tasted. I really enjoyed the crispiness of the waffle paired with the colorful flavourful ice cream. Most other places waffles were soft and not crispy like this! This place is such a gem in Kovan neighbourhood. I feel like going tomorrow again. Kovan has such nice food joints to explore. 😋😍👍
My 1st visit and we ordered their waffle with dark choc ice cream.
The waffle was really crispy & good. Ice cream was rich and tasty too.
Hatters Street cld probably improved on their deco and cutlery.

Lovely and cosy nook, great service and awesome desserts! Loving our Choochi Monster which we paired with Earl Grey and Lavender White Choc. The base Woaffles are really quite the Woah awesome - warm, crispy outside, fluffy and light on the inside. So fragrant when eaten with the ice cream! Earl Grey was fragrant and no sign of bitterness, while Lavender White Choc is full of lavender goodness!
It’s a nice little place in a quiet corner of a busy town centre. TBH, if you are a food connoisseur look for quality food, you probably should give it a miss. However, if you are looking for something interesting to put up on your social media or instagram, look no further. Their unicorn and mermaid waffles look amazing! That said, I’m not a fan of the lavender and bubble gum ice cream used (it’s probably just me).
Waffle is really good. Unicorn ice cream is very instagramable. Price is reasonable. But there's probably something wrong with the air conditioning, indoors was perpetually warm even though there's air conditioning.
