Good portion and flavor of food. Assistant manager Ibrahim is very helpful.
Nice food
Nice environment..
Must try their spaghetti and bread.
They are serving Italian food and Japanese food.
High recommended!!
Dropped by here for pre-drinks before dinner but ended up getting dinner here. The food was alright but the atmosphere felt rather lively.
It was rather a busy night and the kitchen forgotten to fire up the last dish. The staff or manager (couldn’t determine his position) was apologetic and got the order out as soon as possible. Couldn’t ask for more.
Thank you for the service. ☺️
We had a great enjoyment at this restaurant , I like the chicken wing, with the chilli sauce was perfect match . And the truffle oil lamb pasta super delicious, and was recommended by the staff there name Ibrahim . He is so friendly and he know their food very well. Finally tiramisu was unforgettable dessert. We leave the place with satisfaction.
The food is quite average. But if you come on a less busy weekday night, Corner Bar has the loveliest vibes to chill to. I would have dinner elsewhere and head here for drinks.
1st time at Corner Bar as I was introduced by a friend who wanted to check it out. One of the male service staff in particular was very friendly (ensured we were seated near the aircon, gave us extra serviettes, checked if we were alright & was enthusiastic when helping us to take photos).
Wanted to try the chicken leg but it was out of stock so I ate the Gnocchi Gratinati 4 Formaggi instead. Would suggest it to be a sharing portion as it gets jelak after awhile. My friend had the salmon pesto pasta & was pleased with it.
1 appetizer, 2 main meals & 3 soft drinks cost $83+.
⭐️ Draught Beer on tap had a nice hoppy taste to it that was better than most lagers
⭐️ Food was alright, better than average for most bar foods. Something that was unique was the Mozzarella Rice Balls.
⭐️ Mojito was pretty solid, well mixed by the bartender. Table ordered it at least four times.
⭐️ Very relaxing atmosphere especially at the outdoor seating area.
I had a lovely lunch at Corner Bar L'Operetta! First, the service staff were kind and friendly and they did their best to help us find a table indoors as we found the outdoors a little too warm for the day's weather. They were also patient as they answered out questions about the dishes. We decided on Spaghetti Burrata, Spaghetti Prawns Aglio Olio, Linguine Vongole and Linguine Tonno e Zucchine Aglio Olio e Limone. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente in all the dishes. Personally, the Spaghetti Prawns Aglio Olio was my favourite as I enjoyed the slight spice and flavour. Also! the serving of prawns was generous and they were so fresh! Really sumptuous bites! I can say for certain that this restaurant does not skimp on ingredients. all the pastas had generous portions of prawns, clams, and tuna. I will definitely be back and would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a simple and delicious pasta meal that just hits the spot :-) thanks so much Corner Bar L'Operetta! My friends and I had a great time!
Food was good. Tasty and nice
For the price, a little bit on the high side.
Overall a good experience.
The missing star is due to the following reasons:
- I ordered hot green tea, and I was expecting Japanese hot green tea, instead I was served English hot green tea. The cost was $5 excluding service charge and GST.
- I was served wasabi paste instead of the authentic wasabi.
Had an enjoyable experience during their lunch operating hours. Staff are friendly, food retain an authenticity and are well-portioned with good quality at an affordable price. Fuss-free dining. Would love to return to try their Italian menu next time.
