Wanted to buy a cake for my dad's birthday, so i go online to search for a best bakery shop in singapore. However i came across with Patissier website which is highly rated, so give it a try i went down there & the staff is already standby in the counter waiting for walk-in customers. I told him my dad like cakes with mango, so he recommend me the Passionfruit Meringue cake. So i bought a 500g & went to collect it after 3 days, the cake was ready in time with no error. The cake was great, nice tasty feeling & it sweetness is just balanced. Besides the cake still taste good even after was kept in the fridge for like 2 - 3 days & fruits in it is also fresh. Would like to say thanks to Patissier & all the best for further good business, will come back for more cakes. :)
I ordered a birthday cake for my mother’s 60th birthday celebration. Really thankful for them for helping to rush out a cake so quickly despite discovering the collection date was entered wrongly. The service was commendable. The double chocolate cake also won many praises from our guests, definitely worth a recommendation to others!
Been eating their cakes since forever, and never have they failed to impress all our guests. Even my mom who is (almost) always impossible to please, says their cakes are second to none. The only AFI, I feel, is the online order page, which is not the most user-friendly, so Ive always missed out typing in key information somewhere before submitting the order. But the staff are ever so helpful in rectifying them, even when it's MY own mistake, and so, kudos for going beyond your call of duty to provide excellent service, and try to ignore those ridiculous customer expectations(yes, I read the previous reviews and felt compelled to write THIS review). As you said, you can't please everyone.
