What an underrated gem! I visited for the first time today and already made plans for my next visit. Initially made an reservation at Dancing Crab then stumble on Cajun on Wheels in Google and noted they have more varieties be in menu items or sauce to choose from. So I cancelled my reservation at DC and made an reservation at C.O.W instead. No regrets at all. We ordered the poisendon bucket with garlic and herb sauce and my younger kid scoop up the last bit of sauce. My kids also love the Cajun fries.
Overall quite satisfied. 4 pax we ordered 4 crabs, top up for 700g prawns, mussel, clams, corn and baby potatos. And also 1 naughty platter. Salted egg was very delicious! Prawns were quite fresh. Crabs not so. I think i will come back for the prawn bucket with salted egg sauce!
Only downside is that online reservation has dine in limit of 1.5 hours. I think restaurant should be more flexible about this rule. When there were quite a number of vacant tables i think they shouldnt chase the customers away like that. I understand if the restaurant is full. But when the restaurant still has many tables vacant, i hope we can enjoy our food in peace and not rush to eat up our foods.
We didn't plan to go there initially. The deco and the promo items captured our attention. Business wasn't spectacular so we decided to try. It looks like an American casual family restraint but halal certified. Although the food took a while to be ready but it was also a positive sign that they were not cooked in advanced to be heated up again for serving. The portion was generous and most importantly the quality was great! Before we left, the restaurant was already full with diners. WILL Return for more.
