My favourite joint, been visiting this place for 6 years already with my wife. Love the, Chicken Deja Vu, and their Lava Cake which goes very nicely with their wine. Gd place to relax and have a gd chat.
Was initially apprehensive after reading the reviews but decided to still give it a try. Glad I did!
It was a wonderful meal. Ordered the ribeye and it was done beautifully medium rare. My wife's ribeye was also done beautifully medium rare. The other beautiful thing was the lava cake that oozed out. Service was good too.

I am changing my 1-star rating to 4.5 star. I have rated it 1 star out of disappointment of that night service but definitely not because of food quality. But after the Steakout team, especially their Director, had humbly and sincerely reached out to me to apologize, it is a proof that they value each costumer well. I now considered what happened an honest mistake. Charged to experience, as what they say.
Having dined with Steakout for years, I have had no doubt with the food taste and quality. We went down to try it again, give it another shot. Glad to say that they truly made-it up!

(Past feedback) VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
Just walked out not being served after qeueing for 30 minutes, getting our order after 15 minutes and made us wait for 1 hour then only will hear from them their system crashed then need to take our order again! People who also qeued behind us were able to eat but not us!
No sense of priority!
No system in serving people!
