Had my first taste of Nando’s in Malaysia way back 2018 and tried it again today here in Singapore. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal especially the chicken liver - it’s a MUST try! Staff were very attentive and friendly especially Rich. His service added an extra boost for us to enjoy our stay in the place. The entire experience was awesome!! Will definitely come back again. We left with no crumbs. It was really good.

My experience at this outlet was not fantastic. As I haven't been to Nando's for quite a while, I didn't realise I had to pay to confirm my order before being served. Asked the staff if placing my order via my mobile is all that I had to do to order he said yes. Asked if I had to pay first, he said it's ok, I can pay later. Waited for quite a while for my order to be placed then another staff said I didn't place my order. After a long while, my order came. Taste is good and as usual, the sauces were the highlights. Chicken was dry and tough. Sides were good though.

Overall not bad. The butterfly chicken was good, however the salad was slightly disappointing as it completely lacked any dressings and was very dry.
We came around 8pm at night and there was quite a queue outside, waited for around 20 minutes for a table.

This outlet is located in Bugis Junction.
After getting my first taste of Nando’s in Dubai, 2018 and trying their take-home sauce for so long I decided to visit Nando’s again. This time in Singapore.
So much has changed since last visit, first of all this outlet has a pay first then food process.
You are seated at a table that has a QR code for you to scan for menu.
The QR code has the table number embedded for logical servicing.
Once the food items are selected, you got to pay via the available methods (Credit/debit card). The confirmation is then sent to kitchen for your meal preparation.
The menu has a wide range of selection for meat lovers. However, for vegetarian there aren’t such range of selection but sufficient enough options for one to choose.
The foods items are segmented for help with the selection.
We went with a Veggie Burger with Potato wedges as the sides. And Portobello Mushroom and Tofu Wrap with Special Rice as the sides.
Lime water was our choice of drink.
We were provided with two Sauces by the waitress.
By far the standout items were (in the exact order)

Lime water
Veggie Burger
Wrap
Rice
Choose your sauces well for happier meals.
Tip: If you want to be pampered with extra wedges/fries visit the restaurant by 9.30 as they end up serving ‘on the house’ sides for the customers still dining. I assume the extra sides are served. One ⭐️ extra for that.
One should try a Nando’s outlet at-least once.

My family and I were warmly welcomed by the staff. My order arrived within minutes! Staff were friendly and rendered excellent customer service. Thank you to Rachel and her team! Definitely will return for more!

Ordered their full chicken (lime and mild). Meat is tender but some parts of the skin is charred though. Both their garlic and hot peri-peri sauce is quite appetizing and appealing taste. It goes well not only with the chicken, but the fries and wedges as well.
Their fries and wedges smells and tastes good and is served hot.
As for their signature rice which was recommended on their menu, while the taste is more like eating nasi lemak rice (coconut flavored), rice was slightly hard in texture, makes it harder to chew.
Service on the hand, they are fast and just average. Nothing more and nothing less. Do expect some crowd and waiting though

Superb experience! We dined earlier and the customer service is excellent.
Rose is super helpful. She went to our table a few times to ask us if the food is ok. She also explained very well how to register and order. She even showed us that there is a tiktok game in which my friend won. She went the extra mile. Because of her I will definitely go back.
My friend ordered a yogurt, but when it was delayed she offered a mini tart and when the yogurt machine was not working, she replaced it with brownies. When my other friend got the procedure wrong ordering in the app, she extended help so that the food will not be delayed. I'm not sure about other staff but Rose is really great.... Aside from the service I also love Nando's food. Of course the Peri peri chicken and asian coleslaw is our favorite...
