Pullman Bakery 📍9 Raffles Boulevard, # 01-97 / 98 Millenia Walk Almond croissant filled with strawberry jam $2.60 is one of my fav from @pullmanbakery.official . Airy inside and flaky on the outside👍 Perfect for breakfast to start the day.

Pullman Bakery from Hokkaido provides everyone with exquisite and freshly-baked breads, made with their homemade yeast and the freshest ingredients one could find. Good Japanese Bakery with a wide variety of sweet and savoury items available - all done with great quality and freshness! Cinnamon Stick Doughnut is soft and fluffy. Raisin french bread is very tasty as well. Butter and Almond croissants simply melts in your mouth - this is one of their best in my honest opinion. Perfectly toasted and just pairs well with a cup of warm coffee for a good afternoon tea snack. Would also recommend their red bean donut and Hokkaido Buns. Limited quantities per day as well for all kinds of bread, so go early and avoid being disappointed. Well if you are a fan of curry, they do have their famous curry buns with very generous with pieces of potato and meat, while marinated in savoury Japanese curry. This is a little known Japanese bakery with only one outlet in Singapore here at Millenia Walk hence helping them to gain more publicity here. Conveniently located at Millenia Walk. #01 - 97 / 98. Walkable from Promenade MRT. Pricing wise, I would say it isn't not too cheap but too not expensive either. Most other Japanese bakeries in Singapore have their products priced upwards of $2 but their quality often does not come close to Pullman's. Worth the try overall.

Goma Red Bean Danish ($1.80). Think of this as a crispy, buttery anpan. ☑ The flaky pastry is dotted with black sesame, which provides an earthy, slightly bitter flavour that pairs well with the red bean paste. ☑ The red bean paste is smooth with just a hint of ungrounded red bean. It also isn't too sweet. ☑ And as you can see, the filling to pastry ratio is 2:1
