Great food, great service, especially by Michelle, Allen and the other staff. Food quality is very consistent, have not had a bad experience there. Kudos to the owners and staff who have kept standards high and who take pride in a job well done.
My family and I were at TAO Seafood Asia for dinner last night. The food and service were exceptional.
First up was the appetiser - Crispy Fish Skin with Salted Egg Sauce. It was served hot and best eaten immediately. A must-try appetiser.
Everyone was then blown away by the TAO Seafood Asia Signature Soup with its flavourful thick broth and fresh ingredients. We were still talking about it after dinner.
We also loved the Singapore Chilli Crab with deep fried local bun ("man tou"), Singapore White Pepper Crab (something different from the usual black pepper crab), Pot Roasted Chicken Caramelized in Rice Wine and Pot Roasted Cod.
Dinner would not be complete without dessert. The Traditional Yam Paste with Gingko Nuts was smooth and not too sweet. Delicious!
Will definitely patronise this hidden gem again in future if there is a chance.
