Review Wolfgang's Steakhouse By Wolfgang Zwiener - Singapore

Arrived at round 6.15pm for dinner on 02/10/2021 and was immediately seated as the restaurant was still empty. Staff were attentive and quick to get menus and bread to our table. We ordered Sizzling Bacon ($14) for starters and were served a slab of thick cut bacon that was cooked nicely. It had a good ratio of fat to meat and did not cloy the tongue. For our main, we ordered the Porterhouse for Two ($216), Creamed Spinach ($17), and German Potatoes ($24). The steak was served on a sizzling hot plate and cooked to a perfect medium rare. The seasoning was on the lighter side but salt, mustard, or their homemade steak sauce can be requested if you prefer stronger flavors with your steak. The Creamed Spinach was a bit of a miss as we felt it just tasted like wilted spinach. The German Potatoes on the other hand were spectacular and we were almost tempted to order another serving but were too stuffed with the steak. The restaurant graciously provided a complimentary cake as well as we were celebrating a birthday. The food at Wolfgang's is great, the service impeccable, and the ambience terrific. Definitely a must visit for special occasions.

Impeccable service and delicious food! Our medium rare steak was cooked the way we like it and every bite was a bliss. We were also served a complimentary anniversary cake which we enjoyed a lot. Highly recommended!

the ambience was nice, and the service was good! the Jumbo Lump Crab Meat Cocktail was good. the Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail felt a little overcooked/hard, and the given sauce tasted like ordinary tomato sauce. the Porterhouse Steak was great! would be perfect if there were choices of steak sauce and given in classy sauce plate/cup.

유명한데는 이유가 있지요 We ordered steak for 2 pax, soup, and creamed spinach. The purpose of dining was celebrating my friend’s b-day. The taste hit my overall expectation and atmosphere at the restaurant was neat as well as luxurious. On top of that, staffs’ service was awesome! Will be there once again for special occasion. Thanks for making great experience at Wolfgang’s Steakhouse!

my family had booked this restaurant to celebrate my 30th birthday. I had always wanted to try out this place since about 3 years ago but I just had a baby and covid happened. anyway, the food was terrible disappointing. my taste of new York sirloin was served cut up in chunks. I ordered medium rare cook but the outer portion of the steak was medium well-well done while the inside was medium rare. it was dry with nary any juices you'd expect from a well cooked and well rested steak. we also ordered lamb chops, crab cake, steak and filo and fish. the fish was alright but the lamb chops and steak with filo were very dry. crab cake was expensive at 40 dollars for one portion. The creamed spinach also did not look or taste like it had cream added in it. to top it off, the servers were clumsy and four individuals had either dropped plates or cutlery during our meal. one of them had accidentally dropped a fork from our table and either pretended not to notice or did not notice. this is not expected of any mid-high range restaurant. overall, the food is sub par and expensive. dine at your own risk.

Last visit was for dinner some time ago… I remembered it was very nicely executed for all the dishes and this time round, decided to go with their Sunday brunch. We did 3 sets of trio cut and it was hit and miss with the 3 cuts… service is as expectedly good and even when they are low on the steak tag/flag, they have graciously parted with one set for me to take back…

Six stars for the food and service! Beef is one of the best in Singapore. Porterhouse had generous serving, with a crispy outside layer and super tender inside. The ribeye is excellent with nice juicy fat, that melts in your mouth. Lobster mac and cheese had good amounts of lobsters. honestly one of the best steakhouses in Singapore

Had birthday dinner celebration at Wolfgang steakhouse with my girlfriends. We kickstarted the dinner with the crabcake and ordered the porterhouse steak for two. The steak portion was sufficient for three of us! The steak was juicy and flavourful. For the sides, we chose the garlic fry asparagus and german potatoes. The pinot recommended by the waiter went well with the steak too. For desserts, we ordered the crème brulée and chocolate lava cake and we received a complimentary cake from the resturant. It was nice of the resturant to offer free coffee/tea to go with the desserts. Overall it was a pleasant dining experience.
