Excellent portioning and high quality ingredients with superb knowledge of cooking. For example, scallop was cooked to be just translucent inside salmon skin was super crispy. Beef portion is just right at 4 piece. Only complain I have is that their okonomiyaki is already potato heavy so I don't lik
I came here for the Omakase as I am lazy to go through the whole menu. I was a little bit disappointed as I feel the dishes can be ordered from a la carte menu too which makes the dishes less special. The Omakase experience is mediocre for me, very very few communication or interaction from the che
