Its a bit different taste to Vietnamese version, but both of two versions have their own strong points

KOI was one of the numerous Bubble Tea brands and outlets which popped up when the Bubble Tea Craze hit Singapore more than a decade ago in early 2000s. While many bubble tea places have long died out and vanished, KOI has earned a special place in the hearts of many Singaporeans as it has opened up many outlets through the decades all over the island. I have been drinking KOI for more than a decade and is still in love with their milk teas.
Unlike Thai milk tea, KOI’s milk tea is more Taiwanese style and is less sweet. The classic Milk tea from KOI has a unique blend of tea giving it a fragrance different from its competitors. Personally I found it very hard to drink milk teas from many other milk tea places because I am very used to KOI’s particular tea taste.
The good thing about KOI is, for the health conscious, KOI has offered customers the choice to customised the amount of sugar that goes into their drinks for more than a decade. I love that customers can choose sweetness levels of 25, 50, 75 or even 0%.
They also allow customers to choose less milk or less ice which is great!
