A solid option for zichar style food in the Orchard area at a very reasonable price - it's open air dining by the hotel poolside, and the entire hotel is a bit old, so the feel is reminiscent of family road trips to Malaysia in the 90s (but in a good way!). We tried the lobster thermidor and the lobster vermicelli in superior broth, the vermicelli portion is quite large though we found the broth to be a tad too salty. Cereal prawns were also quite large, overall their portion sizes are on the larger side. The staff are quite friendly though, and we appreciated the free crackers and dessert.
nice open air environment for having meal with your loved ones. if you are a lobster lover, you definitely should not miss this place. I have tried the salted egg lobster - perfect 😋
Its situated inside Hotel Jen Tanglin but the price is very affordable & the food is great. The fried eggplant and soft shell crab are a must havr. And the omlette is huge!

Excellent service and great 1-for-1 lobster promo, wonder value!
After some confusion and misunderstanding about the lobster promotion which unfortunately ended before our visit, Ah Hoi accommodated our wishes and served us with two delicious baby lobsters.
The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing while very humid despite fans and ACs as all the doors were left open. In times of climate change, it might be advisable to either close all doors or switch of the ACs.

Came here several times for the 1 for 1 lobsters deal. Value for money and excellent services provided by service crews lead by Anand. Thanks to Obama and Lwin too for being so attentive to refill our tea and friendly & helpful when we requested for extra chilli and small bowls. Although the dishes were very savoury for our tastebuds; it was not too salty not oily. Big thanks to executive chef Seng, for his great culinary skills. Will definitely share our good experience with all our friends and family and be back again for the good food
