Had a very delicious ramen lunch. Ordered Pork Cheek Shio Ramen and Pork Cheek Spicy Miso Ramen. The broth is very tasteful, especially their rich yet mildness tonkotsu soup. Pork cheek is well-marinated and tender. Last but not least the Onsen Egg is so wonderful.

Ofcourse the cheeks were the bomb but
there's something about the tamago. The tamago has that slight umami taste like perhaps they soak it in soya sauce or something which is DELICIOUS. The yolk looks like a sunset with moist texture. This is the best tamago I ever tasted on my ramenventure.
As for the pork cheeks, GO FOR THE ABURI PORK CHEEKS. OMG, the texture is like the mixture of fat and loin. Too much fat is greasy, too much loin is full, cheeks like in the middle of these. Not to mention that simple smoky taste, it surely elevates your ramen experience.
By elevating the ramen, if I only eat the ramen, I probably will simply give 3 because the broth is relatively plain for my taste and so is the pork loin, but the noodle is fine tho.
But seriously, must try their Aburi Pork Cheeks
We met here for an extended lunch with friends. We shared several dishes including edamame, spicy veggie ramen as some salads. While the food was good, service left something to be desired, given the prices here. Atmosphere is quite nice though.
