Good food and friendly staff. However, had a little extra ingredient in my ramen (refer to the pictures). Informed the staff about it and the lady staff was caught slightly off guard at first but eventually offered to change a new bowl for me. Rejected them as I was almost done with my noodles and couldn't finish another bowl. Nonetheless, the broth was rich and tasty (maybe even tastier with the extra ingredient) and the staff were friendly and polite. Would definitely visit them again!

Spotted @ramenchampion_sg with a fresh brand new look after the shift to their new unit at @bugisjunctionxbugisplus This time with a modern “café by the beach” vibe. Making their own ramen noodles in-house each morning which are being used in 90% of their ramen menu and are preservative-free, making them a healthier option for health-conscious consumers like myself. What I tried, Tonkotsu Ramen. *Signature* The broth was flavourful rich and creamy. The ramen noodles are springy thin, slurpy and of good bite texture. The pork chasu had a fantastic charred, not the fatty kind and evidently very generous. The egg was flavourful but not the very runny type I've expected. Tsukemen *Signature* Love the concentrated hearty unami dipping sauce, ensuring my chewy thicc noodles will be well coated with flavour with each dip that went superbly well together. As for the other elements, the pork chasu are nicely charred, lean and tender while the ramen egg and bamboo shoots are well marinated. Manrigan Maze Soba. *New* This is now trending in Japan! While I can't fly to Japan now, but am glad I'm able to experience this trend right here @ramenchampion_sg This solid bowl of maze soba dry ramen is packed with heap full of veggies and crispy spicy tempura bits. I definitely get my fair share of veggie intake here and the enjoyment of different textures in every bite! Mentaiko Gyoza. I liked the contrast between the crispy pan-fried skin and the soft, juicy filling, as well as how the skin remains thin enough to let the succulent fillings stand out and the mentaiko sauce added a rich burst of flavour. Ebi Fry. Come in 5 ultra crispy fried breaded shrimp. Fried to perfect golden brown and I could hear the crunch upon each bite even after all my photo taking and is already cold! This side dish truly is amazing. Cold Tofu Chill creamy silky smooth tofu with Japanese dressing that served as a great appetizer. While everyone have own personal preferences in ramen; some like the noodles thick, creamier broth and some it’s all about the char siew. But no matter what's the liking, with Ramen Champion offering a wide selections, definitely have something to satisfy everyone. Ig: @zoey_belle_

Rich broth filled with abundance of ingredients and chewy noodle. This is a self service place; you order your preference of meal with the kiosk (no worries, there will be staff to assist you if you are unsure of how to go about) and made payment when you are confirmed with your choices. Otherwise, there will be a QRcode on the table for ordering. You will have your queue number given and collect your meal at the serving counter when your number is announced. Ambiance is great tables is well organised. Great to dine in alone or with family and friends.

In its current incarnation, the ramen is prepared in a central kitchen, unlike previously when each stall had its own food prep area, but the quality is still good, and the portions — especially the White Island tonkotsu ramen — are generous!

Love that we can always rely on Ramen Champion for good warming ramen. Cheese mochi was really good! Ordering was easy but collecting was hard. Really unsafe to carry hot noodles down the stairs.

Pretty good place to get your ramen fix! Ordered the Tonkotsu ramen, personally feel that there’s no way a Tonkotsu ramen can go wrong and this really doesn’t disappoint. Tsukemen was good too but a tad jelak after a while; broth was on the sweeter side. Agedashi tofu, mentai gyoza and chawanmushi were average, sufficient to satisfy cravings but also alright to skip them. Will come by if in the vicinity.
