There’s a car park just behind the restaurant so even if there’s no parking along the road, there’s parking at the back. Soup as good as any other BKT restaurant around. Whether you like this or not, will come down to personal preference as everything is well prepared.
Nothing so spectacular of the ba kut teh here. I he pork ribs cooked to perfection doneness as the meat detached easily from teh bone. The braised tau ke could have been more saltier. The peppery broth is quite intense. The braised pig trotters rather bland and less flavorful. Enjoyable fry vegetabl
For those who like pork, Bak Kut Teh is probably one of the most popular in Singapore, As the name implies, it is Bak Kut (pork bones/ribs) + Teh (Nanyang Tea) that gives it the best match. Specially locally blended tea, known as Nanyang Tea (most if not all from Pek Sin Choon, a tea company since 1
Excellent service, nice peppery broth, meat portion good and tender. Pig intestine was great, and you can't eat bkt without youtiao. Ordered delivery a couple of times, but it is so much better when you dine in. I will be back!
Pork ribs is soup not oily, but can be more pepperish for authentication teow chew taste.
In my opinion, it's over priced for the side dishes. Braised peanut, salted veg, tau kee, tau pok all cost $5 per plate/bowl. Soup is peppery, spice level just nice for me, meat nicely done, not too hard.
Super nice pork ribs, braised pork trotter & long veg. Soup is warm & spicy. Down the pork with their fragrant dark sauce with red cut chilli ~ Delicious!
Prefer Legandary to its Patriarch’s “Founder BKT” in terms of food AND service. Side dishes were all great, and we do like the ngor hiang w/ the couple of sauce options. Just note mixed BKT not well executed, liver is way too tough for mine, better to order them individually. Easy parking, more cosy
