Nice waffle and ice creams 😍
Their mochi waffles were great to go with any ice creams.
But sadly, on our 2nd visit to Sunset Way's Daily Scoop, we were told to take away instead of dine-in (around 9pm) on Vesak Day. Maybe the staff prepared to close soon.
Quiet place for ice cream on a weekend. Apple crumble with choice of ice cream at $9.50 was good. Had a cappuccino at $3.50, but it's from a machine so so not great tasting.
Since I tried their Churros waffles with Salty Mister Brown, kept having that. But this time was swayed enough to try their new waffle. Some Korean mochi waffle with gula melaka sauce. Paired that with a cinnamon ice cream to give me some of that churros flavour. Love it! Think they mix in boba balls into the waffle mix and created this new recipe. Works for me. 😊
$12.50 for a scoop of kookie monster and a scoop of salter mister brown on a waffle. Prices seem lower at Sunset Way than at Holland V. Outlet at SW plays Class 95.
always a trusty place to have ice cream. love the quaintness of the sunset way branch, small yet familiar. getting the chocolate flavour at daily scoop everytime would never go wrong. however the place can be really cold at times, which occasionally affects the comfort of dining in the ice cream place.
Never Fail to always serve up perfect waffles. Over 100 times here and still the same in terms of taste and quality. Had 2 waffles with ice cream and it was blissful. Price suited the serving portion. The waffles where properly cooked so what you are getting is a crisp exterior with fluffy interior.
Delightful little ice cream parlour located at Sunset Way in a mini mall amongst a bakery, keep fit studio, Cold Storage n even a Montessori School etc. The ice cream was creamy tasty served in scoops, cones or with sinful waffles/brownies. All so yummy and single scoops are most definitely unacceptable - go for doubles, triples or more. Great service n comfortable indoor seating or outdoor too. Coffee/tea or even Root beer floats are available. Great for a break or after meal stopover for desserts.
