It was very delightful dining experience, we were surprised by the seasoning of the oyster, tenderness of the beef and texture of the rice-made hot cake. Good quality control, please keep up‼

My partner and I came in for our anniversary dinner we opted for surprise menu of 8 course. Food was fantastic, each course well executed with western find dining technique with well thought out Korean flavour undertones. Although I wasn't completely full the serving potion is decent enough to share between two people. The only thing is the speed of serving was bit too fast. We had 8 course in just an hour. I think they can take time bringing out the courses slightly slower. However we enjoyed each dishes and thought the price is reasonable. Service was friendly and prompt.

Amazing modern Korean food! My wife and I especially love the pasta dishes and the desserts. The red wine from Dao is one of the absolute best that I've tried in Singapore which tastes like a pinot on steroid. Highly recommended!!!

delicious food!! i enjoyed the communal dining table which is also large enough so conversations can remain private… great use of mirrors in strategic positions which opens up the space visually without reflecting faces – cant wait to come again to try the rest of the menu! chef was super friendly and humble :)

Amazing dinner at a quaint little place called Kimmie! The food was excellent as well as the company! Oysters with lemon ginger sauce — Briny sweet flesh paired with the sharp zesty lemon ginger sauce Kanpachi with pomelo, Yuzu kosho and gochujang. The citrus elements helped cut through the fatty fish and elevate the flavours to another level. The slight spice from the gochujang was fantastic. Soy marinated beef tatami with daikon slices. Sweet and salty beef slices paired with the slightly peppery daikon to cut through its richness. Korean style seafood pancake with pickled daikon — crispy perfection with a nice tart pickle to balance it out Charred teriyaki chicken leg with red pepper purée — sweet crispy and deliciously juicy chicken meat Grilled iberico pork with the most beautifully done parsnip purée, wonderful execution. Dessert: I can’t remember the granita dessert but The Date Mille feuille with white chocolate and truffle oil was the best dessert I have ever tasted. So well balanced with a slight savouriness from the truffle to elevate the sweetness. Such a well executed dessert, one that will continue to torment me in my dreams because it is so damn good! Kimme gets a whopping 9/10 on my list! Omakase course at $138 per pax, it’s a wonderful place to try out!

Tried this place from the top 10 new places to try from SG Magazine. I was definitely not disappointed. This is the sister outlet of meta which is a one star Michelin now. The setup here is more casual but still great food and service. I had 3 appetizers namely oysters, beef tartar and sashimi along with 2 mains of wagyu beef rump and pigeon. My favorite was the pigeon which won the award for the head chef. I encourage to try this place before it gets too crowded.

I’ve been a long time fan of Kimme ever since it opened. Well it’s actually only been open for less than a year.. but it’s garnered such a huge following. Sister restaurant of the Michelin-awarded Meta. Chef Louis is creative and the menu keeps changing, so you always have a reason to come back. The food is modern Korean but still has a homey, cosy taste. Quite a change from fusion foods that try too hard. Order the umeshu. It’s pink, girly, and awesome even according to guys. Update: I just came back and the new menu is so creative. Chef Louis outdid himself! The date millefeule is the best dessert I’ve ever tasted. Who knows white chocolate and truffle oil can taste so good together?
