Had our first Valentine's at this location and it has been such a wonderful experience! The GM, Freddy, had been nothing but amazing, from the prompt service, to engaging us throughout the meal service, he did not hold back in providing the best service anyone can imagine for a satisfactory meal. And definitely, the menu was so perfect that one should consider this as their go-to restaurant. This is definitely one of the best experiences we had at a restaurant, and one that we won't forget
Chef Simone is the most creative Italian chef I ever known in Singapore in my every visit he always surprise me with new dishes that as good as he recommended, overall I’m happy with the food and would come back again to try something new from his restaurant. TBH I can’t find any other Italian restaurant that as creative as him and passionate in authentic Italian food. Well done Chef!
Amazing food and awesome people! This intimate resto serves very tasty modern Italian dishes that make you want more. Freddy (manager) and Simone (chef and owner) were very friendly and accommodating. The recommendations were superb! We can’t wait to enjoy more of Solo Ristorante (both food and people). Had New Year’s Eve dinner which was a fixed menu and the food was absolutely divine! Each dish was meticulously curated and prepared by the chefs and never failed to impress. The service was also impeccable. The staff really went above and beyond to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience (esp Freddy!). Would love to come back for more!
Fantastic experience at Solo last night. Huge thumbs up to Chef Simone for a great job that he's doing! Go for the Omakase set! Just about every dish is super delicious! Best Italian cuisine that I've so far tasted. Our friendly waiter did a great job too as none of his recommendations went wrong and he's totally knowledgeable to tell us what's in the dishes. Thank you, Solo team, for making the dinner experience for me and my friend so memorable. Keep up the good job!
Our second time at Solo an exquisite and flavourful authentic Italian restaurant hidden within the shophouses of Amoy Street. From starters to dessert, everything on the menu is beyond amazing. Our grilled octopus was as mouth-watering and consistent as our first visit and the tender, charred-tasting octopus just melts in your mouth while the calamari redefined fried calamari for me. We had tried all their desserts yet their Tiramisu is definitely a need to have and cannot be shared dish. While Chef Simone and his team is at work turning quality ingredients into dishes that are scrumptious, eating solo makes you feel like going on a gastronomic journey at home where it’s comfortable and heartwarming! You will definitely be surprised by every dish on the menu. Can’t wait to be back for the third time!

In here , I absolutely LOVE my dishes, they were very flexible and made me a dairy free dish.
