**Impressive service with excellent waffles.**
On my way to dinner where I passed by this parlor again. Greediness took over and decided to place an order of waffles before heading off. The lovely staff was aware I'm in a hurry and promptly took off to making my waffles.
15 minutes on, she come over looking extremely apologetic stating my waffles had to be delayed due to a failed first attempt. She offered me a scope of ice-cream while waiting, and bowed slightly. I was overwhelmed by their honesty, integrity and professionalism to serve the best food.
In mediocre cafes, should your waffles be destroyed, burnt or in a disaster state, the staff would not inform you but keep you waiting (probably till the cows come home). Others would even serve the substandard food onto your plate.
Tom's Palette took a different approach to this. They were open, professional and had a wonderful service staff. She was smiley throughout and sincere in her approach. Mindful of her customer's needs and exhibited passion on her job.

Excellent service from the staff who didn't show impatience when I tried a lot of flavours before deciding to purchase a large cup.
Updated review: New nasi lemak ice-cream packed a punch with a spicy aftertaste! Toffee ice-cream was smooth and creamy without being overly sweet. Staff was very friendly and made the effort to explain to me the ingredients used for the ice-cream, really impressed by his product knowledge and service! :)
Standards have remained high since 2009. Staff is friendly and approachable. Owner continues to give back to customers through premium anniversary flavours like durian. New lego theme on the newly renovated store is cute and gets your commitment to premium ice-cream across - indeed, stabilizers should definitely go in the trash!
Their ice-cream are superb! I love the Pistachio flavor! Super friendly staffs too! Cozy environment, great for catching up with friends. Will visit them again soon!

tom's palette is not ur usual ice cream shop, unlike baskin robbins or ben & jerry's or gelato, it has such a variety of flavours and the flavours aren't ur everyday, flavours are all very different and interesting
my favourite is granny's favourite, i love that flavour, i have had chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream before but granny's favourite is just so much nicer and just amazing
i hope that they open more outlets at more places and also i really wish they have 1 or 2 more bigger sizes for like 3 scoops or 4 scoops atm they only have 1 scoop & 2 scoops.
The only ice-cream place in Singapore where almost all the flavours excel. Their Chocolate sorbet is superbly dark, my favourite.
Loved the chocolate sorbet:)) very smooth and on the bitter side.The green tea had that grainy after-feel, but it was alright.

Nice little ice-cream store nested in a corner of middle road that serves chocolate sorbet! They also sells waffles, parfait and gourmet coffee and tea. Lots of seats and ice-cream flavours. Suggest you look at the price of 2 scoops before you order.
Great experience. We got the passion fruit and coffee cheesecake over a brownie waffle. The gentleman in charge there provided outstanding service and even went on to make a good suggestion for toppings. My only complaint is that we couldn’t taste any coffee in the coffee cheesecake flavor. It lacked flavor and the cheesecake flavor was very faint. The passion fruit reminded me sorbet and had a nice rich flavor. I would return to try other flavors but won’t get the coffee cheesecake again until they improve on it.
Nice little ice cream shop. Many special flavors here! We tried chocolate sorbet(4.7/5) and salted egg(4.1/5).
The sesame mochi waffle(3.2/5) is quite unique but not to my like :p
Local hidden away gelato shop that lives up to its name... So many flavors and varieties to choose from, it really is an artist's palette. The staff is friendly, helpful, and happy to give impressions of the different flavors. I tried the Kueh Dar Dar gelato which I recognized from the various kueh I have tried and enjoyed. The pandan gave the gelato a nice green color with chunks of toasted sweet coconut throughout. I matched it with a scoop of Granny's Favorite which was a nice mix, and one of their most popular flavors... easy to understand why Granny liked it so much. The flavors rotate frequently, so you can go back everyday and find something new.
Absolute, ABSOLUTE favourite place to come for good quality gelato with very unique flavours that are executed well. I don't think I have tried anything bad so far! We can never ever stop at just 1 serving cause its just sooooooo good.
It's a nice, chill place with apparently 200 flavors of ice cream on rotation every day. I had the matcha ice cream with brownie waffles. The brownie waffle leaves something to be desired, it's just a tad too crumbly for my liking. But other than that, there's nothing I can complain about with this place. It has a job to do, and it got it done with distinction. 8/10.
