Had a very wonderful dining experience at The Naked Finn last night. The food portions were adequate and the dishes tasted fantastic. A simple dish like the 'bee hoon' was done with a twist and my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed every dish. What really made the difference was the fairly young waiting staff who patiently explained the dishes as they were served. They were very responsive and demonstrated a lot of care and concern for customers: when my friend accidentally toppled a wine glass, Yi Ting's concern about our safety is praise-worthy. She meticulously checked that no glass pieces were in our food or on the table and promptly cued her colleague to replace the glassware. Another staff, Kirsten, took the initiative to place the birthday cake, which we had brought to celebrate our friend's birthday, on a stone slab, lighted it up and surprised my friend, much to delight of the guests in the restaurant. We often hear of reviews where good food was accompanied by bad service. In the case of the Naked Finn, it was the best food matched by the best service I had experienced. Will definitely drop by again.
Really like the feature standing garden wall in the restaurant which gives the minimalistic simple decor a fresh vibe.
Ambience is comfortable and not pretentious. Food is really good. Refreshing but simple twists to the commonly used vegetables and noodles in Singapore and most of all, really fresh and simply prepared seafood. Love it all.
Service staff are young but very professional and great attitude!
Overall, this place will be a new favourite haunt for me if it’s not so far away 😑.
I was excited to try their dinner set menu. It was spectacular. Lunch has never disappointed either. This is one of my favorite restaurants for seafood. They use fresh seafood with minimal seasoning so that you can taste the natural flavors.
