For a cafe, the prices are really affordable. the whole theme of it is old school which is really lovely with all their artifacts. Probably the things could be in a museum on their own. Air-conditioned. The tea was great with old school snacks. Ice tea at $1.50 which is super affordable for the oldies too. Great place to bring your parents or grandparents.

Traditional Coffeeshop with a modern twist of very interesting selection of pastries and jam collection. Has a lot of character to the interior and exterior, topped with the location of this place. Worth a visit if you are in the area.

A very cosy place that you can easily find old stuff or antiques. Great coffee, friendly shop owner and tasteful desserts make this place a perfect stop over for both early morning refreshment and afternoon chill. What is even better is, the cafe opens as early as 8am so for early birds, you definitely wanna visit here and bring back loads of nice photos and memory!

Nice traditional Cafe right in the heart of Kandahar Street. Been to the cafe and they serve really good coffee and pastries. It's unlike the expensive cafes around the area. It is affordable and air conditioned. Best of all, it houses so many retro stuffs that we commonly sees in the past. Definitely a nice and chill place to visit. Make sure to visit this place when you are around the area =) Friendly staffs are always there to serve

This brand has been around for many years, sells traditional Singapore coffee & tea, with lots of old school snacks and cakes. And the pride is really reasonable. Love the long cup cupcakes, soak it in coffee and take a bite. The sweetness of the cake matches so well with coffee. Simply delightful~

Haebeehiam toast was good but really spicy! Half boiled egg was nice, kopi o tasted great too. Only downside is that its a bit squeezy and many plates were not cleared due to the busy hour but other than that everything was good!

Set in the midst of culturally rich Kampung Glam, this is a quaint cafe that serves true blue singaporean variety of beverages, pastries, toasts & cakes . Quaint little Bakery cafe situated in a cultural rich heritage attraction provides good quality spread of traditional toast and Pastries. It truly rings back the memories of old days... highly recommended for tourists and locals alike ….

A cafe that's designed to recreate the nostalgia of the 50s and 60s kopitiam culture, including the pastries and tea break snacks that most Singaporeans can relate to growing up. Whilst I'm not born of that era, even during the generation I was born into, such kopitiams were a common sight in my neighborhood. So coming to a place like this does bring back the nostalgia. The local brewed coffee and tea are pretty much on point. The cakes and snacks have that butter cream taste which I relate to. Cakes are a little on the dry side though, which explains the less than 5 star rating.
