Nice place nice food and very very good service by the staff who are upstairs...although she is alone initially as upstairs did not have much customers but later on as there is a rain more customers movers up....however she is still able to provide good service throughout! Bravo to her.....it’s staff like her that make the big difference in the dining experiences.....you might have the best food to offer but if service staff service delivery is bad it will spoilt all the good food and experiences! Will sure be back for more!!!
Fabulous service, great food.
Solo traveller, zeroed in on this place after some online research on Crab delicacies. Had the choice between Jumbo Seafood And Longbeach, the former was way too crowded.
Reached at 9pm on a Sunday, mostly crowded with a couple of empty tables. Staff was very courteous and welcoming.
As I haven't tried the legendary chilli crab in Singapore, I chose this over Black Pepper which is the signature dish in this restaurant.
Minimum serving is 1kg at $88 and I went for it!
Got 2 buns to go with it.
It was brilliant - sweet and tart with a slight hint of spiciness, good for 2. But it was so finger licking good that I polished it off all by myself.
Will return to try the black pepper crab whenever I am here!

Went to the East Coast branch together with my family on a Sunday night. Delighted with the sumptuous dinner. To top it off, the service provided here was one of the best I have ever received! Kudos to two particular staff, assistant manager Jennifer and waiter Sherwin, who went the extra mile to make sure our requests were fulfilled. Really helpful and friendly people. Extremely polite as well!! Thank you for making sure our dining experience here was a pleasant one. Will definitely come again!
