Decent fusion restaurant locates on 2nd floor at Marina Square mall. Looks abit fancy but fret not, price is affordable under $20 a dish. Serving fusion contemporary Singapore food. I always have a soft spot for fusion and creative recipes so I’d recommend to try this place out! I like the ambiance and food concept but the cooking execution certainly has room to improve. 3 stars for food but plus 1 for exceptional service provided by the auntie waitress, she was so sweet and took really good care of us although restaurant was crowded and they were a little understaffed. Will come back when in the area.

We had a truly amazing experience here. It was my husband’s special day and I had made a reservation here to celebrate. From the first time we stepped in, warm water was served to us quickly as they gave us time to browse through the menu. The food was well presented and tasted really good. We started with the Bak Chor Foie Gras Pasta, and they were so thoughtful to give us sharing plates. My husband mentioned that the mushroom was really well done and we were even pleasantly surprised by the foie gras. Texture was good and light on the palate. It was a fine spin on our traditional Bak Chor Mee, and the portion was good too. Our Cereal Coated Prawns and Soft Shell Chilli Crab Pasta came next. Loved the prawns. It was garnished well and left us hanging for more. The spicy Soft Shell Chilli Crab Pasta was - wow, one of the best renditions that we’ve tasted. The pasta was thickly coated with the chilli crab sauce, and the soft shell crab was definitely a highlight, juicy and complemented the sauce. When we were almost finishing up, the sweet lady who was assisting us brought us the menu as their kitchen was almost closing, and asked if we had any last orders. I turned to my husband and told him to order a dessert he would like, something special for his birthday. He chose the Banana Donuts Milo Dinosaur, with added ice cream. What we did not realise was what came next. The music in the background started to dip, and changed to the birthday song. It was so subtle, and my husband smiled as I pointed it out, still thinking that it was playing somewhere else, like a kid’s party downstairs or something. Then the dessert came, and there was a little candle on top. She cleared our plates quickly with the help of another kind staff member, lighted the candle and wished him a very happy birthday. Wow, that was really super sweet of them. And the banana cake tasted so good! We were so full by then, but we finished it all with grateful hearts. A sincere and grateful thank you to Redpan for hosting us and making our simple birthday dinner into something so special. We truly appreciate the your dedication and the whole experience, and the pride you have poured into each unique food creation. I would highly recommend Redpan for any discerning foodie who would love a warm and cosy environment, delicious and well-presented local fusion cuisine, as well as a truly remarkable experience. Just as we were leaving, we noticed the staff wiping the seats down with alcohol and sanitising the place. During these uncertain times, it is also very assuring to know that they have well-established hygiene sanitation practices in place to protect both the staff and the customer.

Amazing food! We ordered a few dishes to share and we love all of them! Char Siew Chili Nachos was unexpectedly good! The crunchy chips together with the char siew and melted cheese makes a really hearty appetizer! I'll definitely order this again the next time I visit. The truffle floss fries and grilled salmon are delicious too. Would love try out other of their interesting Asian Fusion dishes!

Brought my wife for our 4th anniversary and was treated to first class hospitality and food in Redpan. The staff went the extra mile of giving us free wine & dessert to make our special day even more memorable. Thanks so much! Totally enjoyed ourselves last night. Will definitely visit it again in the near future. 😁👍

Good fusion food. Only thing was that the tom yum spaghetti was too salty. Other than that, the food and coffee were pretty good. The highlight got to be the hae bee hiam pasta. Pasta was al dente, great flavour of the shrimp and the level of spiciness was just nice. Service was friendly and attentive. They serve water. Ongoing promo of $3 coffee from 2pm to 5pm daily, including public holidays.

Was there for dinner on a Sunday night and was surprised by how good the food were. The bistro which has a nice setting, offers a fusion of local and western cuisine. They are also having 1-1 promotion on all their beer daily. Ordered the Seared Salmon in 'Laska' Gravy, Streak and 'Chinchalok', Dry 'Bak Kut Teh' Pork Ribs, Deluxe Cheeseburger, 'Bak Chor' Foie Gras Pasta and Mushroom Bacon Carbonara. Except for the pork ribs which had not much meat on it but the risotto rice that came with it still tasted delicious, all the other dishes were really good. Kudos to the team that is helming the kitchen, they know what they're doing. Good service from the staff as well.

Pretty quiet restaurant on a weeknight, service was very attentive and the menu was very decent. Good attempt at Singaporean fusion food. The first bite was good: quality pasta, sizeable portions. But the good taste didn't last long; we got pretty sick of the food after a while. Special mention to the Hainanese poached chicken salad: LOVE the combo of chicken greens and quinoa. The baked alaska was a little bit of a disappointment, as the durian ice cream lacked any distinct durian taste.
