[✨PROMO✨] A hidden gem tucked away in Stevens area, this Italian trattoria offers a wide selection of pasta, pizza and meat dishes. Here's what we tried! 🌟 𝗚𝗻𝗼𝗰𝗰𝗵𝗶 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗦𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗮 ($𝟮𝟬) Topped with an indulgent layer of mozzarella cheese, this plate of chewy potato gnocchi is baked in light tomato sauce. Compared to the gnocchi variation that we usually get in Singapore, this is much cheesier! 👍 🌟 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝘁 𝗣𝗶𝘇𝘇𝗮 ($𝟯𝟮) Torched straight in front of us, this lava cheesy pizza is something out of the ordinary. Despite a long list of tomato-based pizzas available, we chose this white-based rendition and didn't regret. It comes with bacon, mozzarella, parmesan cheese and eggs in truffle cream 🍕 🌟 𝗧𝗮𝗴𝗹𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 ($𝟮𝟵) One of the chef recommendation, the pasta contains homemade sausage, mix mushrooms and truffle oil. 🌟 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗽 / 𝗡𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗗𝗶 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗰 ($𝟯𝟮) We also picked the grilled pork chop from the list of Tuscan style charcoal-grilled meats available. Good balance of fat and lean components 🐷 Overall, we enjoyed our dining experience at @alborgosg . The dishes didn't disappoint and there are a number of vegetarian options too.
