I have read about the restaurant somewhere and it has been on my to go list for a very long time. I went there for pizza and pasta (as it was only 2 of us so we couldnโt ordered much). I really like the pasta here and if I have a chance to come back again, Iโll definitely try more pasta. However, the pizza was just ok for me. It was indeed an authentic thin crust pasta, but yet nothing is very special. Also read a review that Tiramisu was a must order menu so we went for it. I felt like they were too generous on the cream but not the biscuits ๐ โฆ if you like thick creamy dessert, you might like it but probably not for me.

Topped with an indulgent layer of mozzarella cheese, this plate of chewy potato gnocchi is baked in light tomato sauce. Compared to the gnocchi variation that we usually get in Singapore, this is much cheesier! ๐

Torched straight in front of us, this lava cheesy pizza is something out of the ordinary. Despite a long list of tomato-based pizzas available, we chose this white-based rendition and didn't regret. It comes with bacon, mozzarella, parmesan cheese and eggs in truffle cream ๐

We also picked the grilled pork chop from the list of Tuscan style charcoal-grilled meats available. Good balance of fat and lean components ๐ท
Overall, we enjoyed our dining experience at @alborgosg . The dishes didn't disappoint and there are a number of vegetarian options too. Wouldn't mind revisiting this cozy spot again!

Good Italian food at reasonable price. Service was good with humorous service. Love this place as they also offer white based pizza.
Do get the Tiramisu for desserts after the hearty meal.
Pasta and pizza are common food which we can find almost anywhere in Singapore. To be honest, I wasnโt expecting much. Thought itโs just another โItalian restaurantโ. But Al Borgo made these common dishes uncommon! Especially this pasta which we ordered! Extremely well done! Donโt miss out their Tiramisu too. I finally found my favorite Tiramisu in Singapore again.
Came for a friend birthday lunch jus b4 restrictions kicked in again. Served nice and authentic Italian food. The portions are very generous. The service seems a bit cold at first but once you warm up with the staff, they are such lovely people. I saw them very patience with an elderly customer which some health conditions it seems.
One of the best mushroom risotto around. So delicious. Al dente rice full of natural flavor from the mushrooms. My friend and I really enjoyed this. The scallop angel hair pasta was just alright. Will totally come back again for their mushroom risotto! ๐๐ป
The restaurant in a quiet apartment building along Bukit Timah road but totally worth seeking out! Everything was divine - the best pasta we have had :)
Quaint Italian restaurant with nice vibes, and friendly and attentive service- feels as though youโve travelled to Italy. We had a flavourful truffle risotto, along with refreshing salad for dinner. Will return again! :)
