The beef Wellington surpassed our expectations, maybe because we had our expectations slightly lowered due to the the mixed reviews online. The beef was tender and done to our preference, pastry was flaky and buttery, and the truffle mash was tasty though it was a tad dry. Caesar salad was well done

Pork Belly was a little disappointing as the skin was not crispy and I do not expect that it will come with bone.
