A hidden gem in CBD, love the vibe and ambience.
The people are so friendly and they serve free papad with mint chutney.
Food is quite fresh. Many vegetarian options available.
I ordered awesome chhola bhatura and vegetarian thali
They gave special attention to my requirement of crispy naan
Visited for the second time yesterday. Had their mutton biryani (10/10 highly recommend), butter chicken (slightly sweeter than what I prefer), tandoori Gobi (absolute favourite), garlic naan (Cripsy on the outer edges, soft in the centre), mango lassi (really thick and smooth😉) and masala chai (not the usual flavour of spiced tea but it’s mild and delightful). The service is great and I would 100% visit again and again.
Oh and the green mint yoghurt sauce is amazing
We came over here for lunch after a friend recommended. Food was very satisfying. Masala tea was also lovely. We tend to prefer the butter chicken and fish tikka Masala over the Palak paneer. Price is abit on the high side but is due to cbd area. The service is very good. Love the cosy restaurant although some other guests can be too loud.
The food is very delicious that we finished it in 30 mins despite me being a slow eater.
Requested to make the Gobi Manchurian dish spicier after reading the review that the food here is not that spicy and I’m glad it turned out so well for spicy lover.
Chicken tikka masala is quite fragrant and good.
Will definitely come back again.
It’s a sister restaurant to Salaam Bombay from One North. The food is well-flavoured, good portion size and delicious. The Imli chutney with samosa is amazing, it’s thick and similar to the ones in India. We got bowls for dal and there’s even a bowl of mixed pickle served with the main course. The staff do their best and the service is good. It’s easy to find discount via Eatigo to justify the prices but it’s still reasonable for the location.
Good is decent. Slightly cramped atmosphere, but not bad. Prices are at same level as other Indian restaurants in the area. But they usually have good offers on eatigo.check it out before visiting.
