Extraordinary modern European cuisine. Every plate was presented delightfully... and the taste! Multiple contrasting flavours layered delicately to first surprise and then blend harmoniously.
Food was excellent. Coupled with very attentive service, it made our anniversary dinner perfect. The fusion of flavours and the technique used to create the dishes were quite interesting. Will definitely go back once the new menu is out.
Do you know why 65? Because this is their first overseas restaurant outside of Amsterdam so they use the country code. Hence Table 65. Did a birthday celebration for a friend birthday - creative food and fun set up with lots of interaction with chefs. Worthy of a Michelin star and definitely worth a visit!
