The food and atmosphere were excellent here. The chefs would explain each dish's ingredient and specialty, which shows how much thoughts and efforts they put into each and every detail of every creation. Every item on the menu is like an art piece. Exquisite experience. There's only one menu, with 2 options for each main and desserts. They'll change the change every few weeks which is understandable given the amount of efforts put into their creative art. But at the same time to freshen the experience so that we can keep going back for new experiences. Thank you table65.

Table65 never fails to deliver an unforgettable night regardless of the occasion. I always enjoy watching chefs while they are carefully preparing the dishes and followed by nice conversations when they explain more about the dish. Needless to say food is delicious!

One of my favourite restaurants. The food is high quality & you can always expect the unexpected here - the menu changes regularly with highly creative combination (monkfish + sauerkraut?! who would have thought of that?!). You need to have a rather open mind & palate as you never know what you will get 😅 Coupled with an open kitchen dining & friendly team, this is definitely the place to go if you are up for an adventurous culinary journey 😁 Really glad to see all the creativity & quality being duly recognised with its’ 1 Michelin ⭐️👍🏼😃 I have to add that it is fairly pricey but hey, we need to spoil ourselves once awhile, don’t we? 😉

Had an early birthday celebration at Table 65 , another resturant which have retained their Michelin star in 2022. We had the 3 course set lunch and every course was delightful. Love the open concept kitchen and how the chef made an effort to rotate himself amongst the tables. Overall, food was good but the dessert was a tad too sour for me. Was also surprised that the resturant did not arrange any complimentary birthday dessert or at least decorate the dessert with some birthday greetings when my friends have already informed that it was for a birthday celebration. Service can be better.

Extraordinary modern European cuisine. Every plate was presented delightfully... and the taste! Multiple contrasting flavours layered delicately to first surprise and then blend harmoniously.

Food was excellent. Coupled with very attentive service, it made our anniversary dinner perfect. The fusion of flavours and the technique used to create the dishes were quite interesting. Will definitely go back once the new menu is out.

Do you know why 65? Because this is their first overseas restaurant outside of Amsterdam so they use the country code. Hence Table 65. We walked past this restaurant not knowing that it was 1 Michelin Star, and decided to book a table for dinner that same night liking its dark cool looking facade. It was surprisingly easy to get a seat for 4 pax on a friday night maybe because it is located in Sentosa, or maybe because we booked through our butler from RWS. There are only 2 seatings per night, 6:30 and 8:30. We arrived much earlier and was sat at the bar area to order drinks. My phone was running out of juice, and they provided a huge and fast power bank for me to use throughout the night. At 8:20pm, our host guided us to our table. From the first dish to the last, the service was fantastic. Staff joked and chatted with us. Even the chef too. When we asked one of the caucasian chef where was he from, he replied “Potong Pasir! You know? North of Boon Keng.” It was hilarious. Had a nice chat with him about PP area. The food was delicious, and i would recommend everybody just pay the $70 extra to get the wagyu. Cavier, A4 Wagyu, Miso and Oyster Leave, it was the best iteration of Wagyu steak i have tried from among so many restaurants. Even my dad who was not a fan of fine dining gave a thumbs up.

Did a birthday celebration for a friend birthday - creative food and fun set up with lots of interaction with chefs. Worthy of a Michelin star and definitely worth a visit!
