1st try on beef sushi and egg tempura. Had a great experience here, fresh beef sushi for those who enjoy beef. Beef slices dipping in egg sauce is a whole new experience for us too. Had our our anniversary celebration here and no regrets. Definitely visit again!!
Value for money place to be at. Service is great. Today tried the chicken nabe instead as had too much beef over the week. The best and not to be missed will the the Tatar yakitori. Give the beef sushi a miss as it taste like rubber.
A serendipitous find as we were tired and hungry from walking around and decided to just pop in.
Don’t let the location and menu fool you as the portions are great and superb value for monies!!!
The Mt Fuji nabe was not only pretty to look at but is good enough for sharing. We could have skipped the karaage as the Ten Don offers quite a bit of variety too.
I find my wagyu ju a little underwhelming given that the usual suspects are already so stellar.
And oh! The in house sake-sprite mix is to kill for but they somehow refuse to sell it (or offer more despite obvious hints)!!! No pic for that as I chug it down deliciously
Great quality and reasonable prices. Have always wanted to try the food here and we were not disappointed (mostly). Beef shabu was flavourful and quite substantial. Beef yakiniku was really tasty; that sauceeeee issss amazzzzing. The welcome drink was a good addition too.
The only issue was the dessert that. The matcha tiramisu that was not creamy at all, and overly sweet and dry sponge.
Give the wagyu nikomi ju a try. The beef is so tender and it taste even better when you eat it with the poach egg! Total happiness for me esp when i m an egg lover. If you are really hungry, go for Niku tendon don. The portion is generous and it comes with a deep fried egg. =P I will definitely go back again and try other dishes.
