Super slow service and bad attitude, especially the lady in a bun and round glasses. Waited for about 20 mins before asking about my order, turns out it was done and on the counter (which had like 20 other drinks that they didn’t bother announcing on the buzzer thing too), and I found out that they

Ordered a hot tea but it came out warm. Waited for quite awhile for them to clear the drinks meant for delivery, probably the reason why my tea got colder. Disappointing.

This 2 star is NOT for the service staff but for the LiHo corporation itself. Let.Your.Staff.Close.Grabfood/Foodpanda.If.It.Is.Busy!
