Li Ho really have a same meaning with their term. When u coming to the store, u will feel very welcome. Tried their Taro series and also Golden Melon Milk, both so lovely to enjoy. They also coming with vey good price.

Brown sugar milk matcha (M $4.9 / L $5.9)
The brown sugar matcha is horrible, I feel like they throw the whole matcha powder they have for me, I can really taste the matcha powder and the brown sugar is not helping at all. The only after taste I got from this is bitter and sick
Strawberry foam latte (??)
Forgot the orice of this one but I rememver it taste soooo good! The sweet and a bit sour if strawberry tastes both mellow and fresh! Would deff order this again!

customer service is really bad as well. Drinks are really nice but need to improve in customer service! The lady that served me was showing zero to no interest in her job, she look so sian. Her tone and the way she looked at me was like staring into cold blood air. I observed this so many times, I bought from her 4-5 times alr. Cannot be all these time she is in a bad mood or she just shows no interest in her job idk, I just know that she made me feel bad after purchasing my item, I felt that I’m wasn’t being willingly served. I spend money I still have to face her being hostile, this is not too ideal for long term.
The dynamic of the business is not too busy except when students from Lasalle having their breaks coming out to buy bbt. Other than that it’s quite chill for her job. I don’t think it’s that tough for her during non-peak hours, I really don’t find why she is in such a bad mood all the time. She should go for some customer service classes perhaps :/

Staff are sometimes rude, but if you get over that the drinks are pretty consistent, and the taste is good.
Good for takeaways but there is also a small sitting area for customers to relax for abit.

Even though they don't sell the Cream Cheese drinks anymore, I tried the Strawberry Cold Foam Melon Tea which was also very delicious.
