Terrible service and attitude from staff. Ordered from this outlet via grabfood self pickup. When I arrived at the shop to collect my drink at 1.53pm (which is the timing stated on the app), a guy in specs refused to have my order prepared and insisted that I wait for an hour because he is going for his break. Tried explaining that I placed that order quite awhile ago and he repeatedly told me to wait for an hour. Thankfully grabfood helped me to cancel the order.

The store had a sign: "We'll be right back in 15 minutes". We waited for at least 30 minutes :o How can such an irresponsible person be placed in charge of a store? Do not apologize for this; make this better. Thank you.

Disgusting attitude, the worker throwing temper on customer :) I was buying my drink today and a fat guy was really giving us a very bad attitude and chasing the customer away , “ u want wait then wait , don’t want wait , go downstairs. “ , i don’t freaking care whether u handling the shop ownself or what , dis is not a excuse for his lousy and disgusting attitude, me snd my fren was only chatting and our hand is on the menu pointing l and picking our drink and he yell at us saying that we are very noisy and loud , and our voice annoyed him . Seriously idk if you think that to hired this kind of person as part timer and ruin liho’s reputation is fine then ok but i wont buy from dis outlet anymore. Rude and lousy attitude, first time see dis kind of service attitude :) Dis is not the first time alr FIX DIS LOL

I bought my drinks today and they were done very poorly , I am very disappointed. As I was waiting for my drink they were not doing their job professionally. It’s okay to have fun but the drink they made were very upsetting. The brown sugar drink wasn’t like how it usually was and my cookies machi drink only had a sprinkle of cookies on top. To end it off my cup wasn’t even closed properly and it overflowed that I had to drink from the plastic. I hope your staff can improve on their performance 31 January 1:05pm

Ridiculously slow. Only 3 customers and made all of us wait for >15mins. That guy with specs taking own sweet time to make the drink.

The staff seems very slow mo and do the drinks very slowly, even on a non peak time I visited. Very slow service and attitude.

I was the only customer and I ordered a strawberry latte, but when I recieved my drink there was no strawberry foam and the entire drink was only milk except for a thin layer of strawberry at the bottom. It tasted bad plus the customer service from a malay girl was poor. Didnt like it at all and hope the service and attitude would improve. I have tried this drink before at JEM and it tasted so much better so it definately something wrong with the drink I was served.
