order liho through grab delivery. opted for golden pearls but did not have it in my drink when it arrived. do they just anyhow make the drinks just because it’s delivery and that customer would not complain??
Ordered from food panda, when the driver delivered my drinks he told me that the liho staff did not provide me straw and they don’t have cheezoh they change it to ice-cream instead . Its my first time drinking liho with a spoon at the same time it’s not the drink that I wanted.
Previously gave this outlet a 4/5 star rating, but I don’t think I can anymore after my recent visits. Texture of pearls are generally ok, but it seems like the staff are consistently missing steps in the preparation, leading to pearls that are generally tasteless - not lack of tas
fantastic blend of milk tea and little golden pearls! smooth and cold, and chewy and sweet, simply delicious!

Staff forget to ask for my membership to accumulate point after joining a new member and wants me to use for my next purchases…we demand for point after that but they do promise they will give us the points in the end they didn't give…what a lie…
Was pumped to hear that Liho had made a series of oat milk tea. I had oolong oat milk tea without sugar. The milk doesn’t overpower the fragrance of the tea. Overall was nice but pricey.
It is usually quite crowded and there would be several people waiting to order/for their drinks, but the place was well organised with queue markers and a number self collection system. The drinks are affordable and have a very consistent quality, allowing changes according to preference such as amo
