Waiting time just toooo long, especially during peak hour. We try their new blue color drink, too bad we didn’t wear blue if not maybe can get $1 off. There have 4-5 staffs inside but their action kind of exhausted and less motion. Some are even not sure what to do or “whats is happening” reaction.
The staff here are friendly and patient. The drinks are usually prepared quite fast. But avoid peak periods such as in the evening. I would like to give a zero star for this liho branch located at Sun Plaza. The lady who serving the customer with black face, Miss “C” seems like we go and get the free drinks not need to pay money. The staff name Cheryl with black frame spec I believe is a leader in this branch. Very rude to his colleague and impatient. Poor customer service and poor attitude to take order👎👎👎.
