Been supporting this outlet the past few years! I like their green milk tea! Staff are very efficient in preparing the drinks too. Just hope that Liho could be flexible in their drinks combinations (e.g. changing of toppings instead of fixing a particular toppings in a drink)!

Went last night ard 9pm. Gave the cashier $50 for $6+ drinks but to my surprise he told me he has no small change. What? Business since morning and u dont hv small change! The staff are mostly rude!

The Chinese staff is so rude. Replied questions brashly, pulled a long black face as if customers owe her a living. Terrible experience. Tea taste so so....Tiong Bahru branch's tasted way better
Went there this morning @ abt close to 12pm, there is a girl employee, with a pony tail in this outlet, who is extremely sick of her job. Terribly rude and has a terrible attitude. She should be removed from her job.
