Has tried LiHo upsize ice signature coffee with 30% sugar level and indeed, it was fantastic flavour.
Have always passed by this stall but today there is no crowed thus grab the opportunity to order one of my favourite drink from this stall.
Staffs here are friendly and nice to chat with.

horrible atrocious service at this branch, avoid at all costs and keep your money for a better outlet who actually bothers to serve their customers properly. staff are zoning out and practically in their own world, there were multiple orders and people waiting for their drinks already yet the two ladies, one young girl and one with short green hair covering her eyes (where is the food safety?) were still prancing around and talking to each other as if it's their house like that, zero sense of urgency at all. they did not serve ANY customers candy canes even though there was a GIGANTIC BOX of candy canes at their workstation. they want to take home eat is it? i confronted the staff and she told me only christmas drinks can get free candy cane? excuse me? read the poster attached to my review. saw the girl asking the green hair lady and the green hair lady said something along the lines of 'just say no'. excuse me? lying to your customers just for your own convenience? will NEVER patronise liho again until you train your staff to observe SOP. you've lost a loyal customer.

Service was okay. However when i visited the outlet there was a large order. Hence cust were made to wait for staff to complete large order first before goin to the next order.

Not even filled and the staff poured alot of the remainder away. So waste!! Boss educate your staff properly la. Your staff is dam rude, upbringing failure.
The rude stuff are the young chap and the plump girl with black specs.

the staff at this liho branch provide very poor service. i have visited the branch several times to purchase bubble tea and have consistently gotten hostile service by the same lady and boy working there. they reply customers rudely and often make customers wait for them as they are on their phone. i do not usually give bad reviews as i understand the service industry is tough.
however, this is the last straw. today my younger sister (11 years old) went to make a purchase of milk tea with pearls, requesting 25% sugar. as it was her first time making her own purchase, she was unaware there was only 30% sugar available and not 25%. the staff at the cashier (a male, chinese boy) rudely told her "you never buy before ah".
it was unnecessary for him to comment on her lack of knowledge on sugar percentages available and he could have just notified there was only 30% and no 25%. instead, he chose to take advantage of the fact that she was young and made a snide remark to make her feel bad.
i would like to make it noted that his attitude towards customers has to be improved. regardless of the age of his customers, he ought to take pride in his work and respect the customer if they have done nothing to offend him.
his poor service has lost the liho SSC branch a frequent customer. i advise management to take a look into the service at this branch as based on other reviews, i can tell that it is a prominent issue.

The staff at this branch is the worst. The lady isn't even friendly and sometime she will just space out after telling her my order. bought many times the same lady attend to me. The level isn't even full and I saw how she poured the remaining away instead. Management please do something about this. Thanks

The service was so bad. Had a promo & wanted to redeem the E-voucher online by showing her the "voucher" and we just got talked back rudely, "This one is we need to swipe one. Why you swipe?" I'm sorry I dont work there, nor do I know how it works to redeem. I apologise if I did it wrongly. But I dont think its nice to be so extremely hostile about it. Thank you.
