Western Cafe at value for money prices. Location is slightly hidden, you have to take the elevator located near the coffee shop up to the 3rd floor to find it.

Food is good, staff was friendly. However, it was wayyy too slow. Having only 1 staff do it all is not the way to go!! The owner should be ashamed of himself!
