Great choice for a quick, and relatively healthy meal! We had the spicy pork bibimbap for 2. It was quite nice in flavour. The portion of vege and rice was quite balanced for me. The extra spicy sauce was unnecessary for us as mixing the spicy pork is enough to make the rice flavourful.
Salty (please ignore the sauce), and ultimately miserable variety of vegetables (lettuce, cabbage, seaweed) and ingredients to be called a Bibimbap. Not even an egg; meat seems precooked and microwaved? All these for $10. Try foodcourt korean bibimbap instead please.
I didn't like it seriously. Think we are really paying more for the "healthy" meal when a food court bibimbap tastes better and cheaper. Have been visiting the store for a while, that's the times goes there are a lot of improvement. I'm very grateful for the fact there is vegetarian options , the food itself is delicious, Charlotte is crisp rice is well cooked not too soggy, tofu well seasoned. I'll highly recommend for people.
