Could have been the timing that we came (Friday evening) but for a 'fast food' chain this is rather unacceptable.

Love the porridge at KFC. Standard has reduced over the years. But still nice. Would be awesome if there was an option to add extra chicken to the porridge

I was very upset and disappointed at KFC Rivervale Plaza Mall. Last night 26/09 I went here with my husband to get some food to take away. It's been a long day for us we are so tired hoping to have a nuce supper. We ordered 5pcs crispy chicken and Tenders with cheese fries(We paid additional 2 dollars for that cos I'm craving for it. And it's not a busy night actually. The order was fast and because we trust them we didn't check the order and we went back straight home. Wheb we are about to eat the cheese fries is missing i am so disappointed cos that's the only thing I wanted to eat! The next day I went back to the store to inform the manager. The door person in charge for safe entry named Martina is very nice and friendly I told her I need a manager and she called him right away. Manager named Patrick talked to me and apologies. He offered to give me the set Tenders or refund the money of course I'm really upset and don't want to eat that again I told him to just refund the money. And I'm rushing as well don't want to waste my time. I appreciate the help of the MARTINA and Patrick to settle this things.

Bad customer service especially from the malay lady , cashier don't even know how to handle promotions. Give 2 pieces chicken with full of bones for my 2 piece meal, Like as if my money drop from the sky use to buy chicken bones.

It's kind of strange when we do not have to pay for a sweet and sour sauce if we buy a $7+ meal but we need to pay 30 cents for it when we don't buy a meal but the total cost of what I've bought is more than $15.

Dear sir/Madam,ur senior manager Zachary attitude sucks!Last nite I had my supper,I show ur staff that I m entitle to free upgrade to Ice Milo (M).This is not my 1 at time redemption,he (Zachary) told me that it's only avaliable during breakfast!Hey!He told me in an impolite way!I m ur regular customer,just that I go back to hk for a mth!Yet Singapore mc Donald staff attitude sucks!Even in Hk,I also eat Mc Donald every week!better wake up!or else u will lose ur regular customers!y u r not selling budget meals?like Hk did,from Hk$20 to hk$23!quite many people support over the yrs!

The service bad .I keep waiting for 45 minute still don't get my order .the other just came before me their get first. When I check with them still ask me to wait ? But my order number already call when I try to get the stuff keep saying must wait again...feeling so frustrated. After wile I get my food not the same as what I order.

With the new system, orders are coming out way slower and mistakes happen frequently esp during peak hours. Today I ordered the sunrise sausage roll but instead I was given the ham roll instead and both items are of different prices. This is not the 1st time I experienced such mistakes.

The orders have always been taken clearly. They make the efforts in repeating my orders which is good. However, the new system just clear the ordering queue to one side. Waiting to pick up my orders is now longer.
I suppose this way is to clear up the space cluttering the counters. The staff have always been prompt and they clear the tables as fast as they can.

Today I've given 5 Stars Excellent review to Mc Donald of Seng Kang Rivervale for 2 kind hearted soul whom have recovered my daughter's (Jolene Lim) lost wallet that she carelessly left at the tray after enjoying their McD meals with her friend.
I've personally approached them myself to thank them for returning the lost item to me.
I wanted to thank the Manager Mr Rayson & staff Mr Anson again for returning the lost to my home. You guys are great and kind.
