I made an advance order online for a delivery at 6.30pm on 2 Nov. The pizza had still not arrived at 6.40pm. When I called they seemed to be really blur about it. The restaurant said they will check and call back. By 7.20pm. Still no call. When we called again, they just said it's on the way. No apology at all. We suspect they forgot or messed up and only started making the order when we called. It was embarrassing as we had friends over for my daughter's birthday.. really disappointed at them and the fact that there was not even one word of apology..

Absolute rubbish, ordered a pizza and it took almost 2 hrs to be delivered. Of coursw when it arrived its cold. Told them I want a refund and they just keep giving a run around saying the manager is not around. How difficult is it to perform a refund? Any business would immediately refund after such nonsense except this one. This is one of those times that you wish google will allow people to give 0 stars.

Looks like they standard answer to everyone is ‘oh the rider on the way already’ after 30mins. Rider still on the way.
