Rice is pre cooked. But taste still not bad. Have salted fish, chicken and veg. Chilli that comes with it is nice too

Literally a hidden gem in Aljunied, this stall have been serving traditional claypot rice cooked using blazing charcoal flames for years. Be prepared to wait for a minimum of 20 to 30 minutes for your order. Their claypot rice consists of chicken meat, Chinese sausages, salted fish, salted egg yolk and fresh vegetables. The rice is cooked only upon order and as a result, you will get a wonderful smoky flavoured rice, moderately soft and not greasy at all. Their homemade belecan chilli goes very well with claypot, it gives you the extra punch and taste to it. Definitely worth the visit and wait. Will patronise here again.

The $7 portion claypot can fill up 3 small bowls, good enough for 2 ladies' portion. Sausages and chicken meat were fragrant, there were no ginger slices added as highlighted by earlier reviewers, so maybe the chef had tweaked the ingredients. Overall, a delicious meal of chicken meat claypot. 😋
