So so ban mian, ordered the platter $12 all the ingredients provided. Nothing really special, the chilli is normal as well.
Noodle is chewy which is nice. So overall 3 stars only.
Tried their 双爆肉丸 ban mian & it was AWESOME. Love how their soup, sauces & seasoning are savoury but not too salty. Most ban mian stalls have very salty soup & noodles but not them👍🏼 noodles have the al dente texture to it & they are very generous with the ingredients - plenty of pork bits (bak chor)
Soso only. The dry noodle and soup is bland. Need to add in the chilli for an extra kick. Usually ban mian, I prefer those pork thick soup but this one very very light. Won’t come back again
Pork Ban Mian. Found another 'specialty' ban Mian coffee stall apart from Lorong 32 Ban Mian. With a similar style and a wide variety of Ban Mian ingredients including the runny egg drop soup. Taste wise, it's definitely better than your average food court ban Mian.
I tried the following:
✔️Platter Ban Mian Dry
✔️Fortune Pork Ball You Mian Soup
✔️Fish Ball You Mian Soup
✔️Fish and Prawn Mee Hoon Kuay Soup
~
The noodles and soup are packed separately. We don't need to worry that the noodles arrive soggy. There is also an egg inside the soup. I understand if you
Come with the soup with egg was superb when order dry noodle. The noodle was tasty and chilli was nice. Dine in best for taste but limited table.
Roasted pork rice. nubbad. just tat the rice abit dry.
Their chilli is absolutely lethal. My favourite is the youmian in soup - always manages to hit the spot. Recommend dining in to savour the egg runny. When taking away, they separate the noodles and soup so nothing gets soggy. (Your egg yolk gets thoroughly cooked in the soup though.)
