I live close to west mall and had walked by Gelare many times but didnt venture in without having a good reason to . Very unhappy staff that just black face all the way from when we enter to when we finish the meal. Maybe we disrupted the zero customer atmosphere haha. Anw the food items was not very nice mehhh

Great Waffles & Ice Cream and great Service but forcing customers to pay for Iced Water leaves a poor F&B customer service experience. I would not return because of having to pay for Iced Water.
