Had Thai Wanton Noodle (Soup) and it was a great find. At only $4.80 a bowl, it has generous portions of noodles, vegetables and wanton. The noodle taste refreshing without the usual hawker salty taste. The place seats about 50+ and doesn't seem to fill up that fast (Wednesday lunch). The service
Tomyam chicken noodle looks great but taste below average because no tomyam taste. The portion was reasonable for the price at S$7
Can't talk about authenticity since I don't know much about Thai food. That being said, as a lunch option, it's decent though slightly more expensive than the hawker. I always get their Beef Boat Noodles, it's quite tasty.
With the 50% occupancy rate, they still need 25mins to serve a basil leaf pork rice, its the 2nd time happen like this, i will not go for the 3rd time. The portion is small also, maybe also depends on the chef mood. Tomyum soup doesnt taste good.
The freshest Thai food in the vicinity, at hawker centre prices! And the portion sizes are huge too. Super friendly, cheerful staff. Indoors so perfect for lunch on a hot day. Not too many vegetarian options though, but then are you really looking for Thai vegetarian food?
Food quality decreased a lot since opening. Tastes like a lazy version of thai food, ingredient proportions not right, lack of care in serving quality food.
👍 tasty and authentic thai food.
