I used to frequent this eatery and return now to find it’s been renovated. But this is the last time I come here. Rude old lady cashier still as rude and treating patrons like prisoners. The staff are messy and unprofessional. But the really worst part is the food. Got to be one of the worst food yo
It is the worst teppanyaki experience. They mix all the beef, chicken, seafood in one pile and cook together. So it ends up they cook based on the meat that requires the longest time, so ends up the fish is overcooked, seafood is overcooked, and the seafood got flavours of beef which we don’t like.
The cashier (red hair aunty) was very rude when taking our orders.
It was our first time patronising the outlet. I clarified if the set meals (i.e. A, B, C) which was priced from $22.90 onwards was meant for 2 pax. She rudely and impatiently replied that all their meals were meant for 1 pax. While
Not so Teppan after all. The table top used to be hot. But now it’s almost stone cold now. Food gets cold in matter of minutes. Guess they are trying to make sure customer finishes the food in 10mins, or less
Lousy food quality and little quantity. Very salty, the use of salt is unsparing. The staff will favor the takeaway orders than eat-ins.
Spent 50 mins queuing and 10 mins eating, 20 mins waiting for vegetable. Super unpleasant experience.
Only express Teppan-Yaki that I keep visitng for many years now, love their sauce, food and concept.
Have even gotten my friends here who visited from India they also liked it
