Tried the latest peach green tea and sad to say it disappoints me. Peach tasted artificial, super sweet compared to usual 50% sweetness, boba was super hard like frozen pearls. Dont recommend trying this.

Tried their chrysanthemum milk tea and I..... LOVE IT! Never imagine these 2 items would go so well together. Cactus pearl was good too. Tasted like honey and was very chewy. Chrysanthemum pearl was ok, couldn't really taste it since the drink was also chrysanthemum flavour.
Burnt caramel milk tea was slightly sweet and tasted exactly like the burnt caramel pearl which has a deep caramel flavour that is not sweet. Also tried their new coconut gula melaka pearl. Pearl had a few bits of desicated coconut and had a hint of gula melaka.
(Fyi I ordered 0% sugar for my chrysanthemum milk tea and it tasted quite sweet maybe because of the pearl. But the sweetness was just nice for me, felt like 25%. For the burnt caramel milk tea they never ask for sugar level so I'm not sure if the sweetness if fixed.)

Very helpful staff who directed me to another outlet in AMK hub, as I was looking for a particular drink which this outlet did not offer. Good service

Love their pearls, especially the cactus. One of the best pearls among all the brands. Top few favs are their green milk tea, chrysanthemum milk tea, wintermelon milk tea, and tieguanyin milk tea.
They do limited edition flavours like peach, watermelon, wasabi & mala too. Seasonal promos.

The outlet is very small, plus the safe distancing measures in place you can’t have more than 3 customers in the store. Customers forced to queue outside the store which is so hot in the afternoon. Service was so slow, and they don't even serve the drinks by FCFS. I ordered my drinks before the customer yet received the drinks later. I never had this issue at other bubble tea outlets before. I waited quite long outside, seriously testing my patience in the unbearable whether. There are so many other bubble tea options available at Ang Mo Kio just drink other brands.

Was there last week after an appointment and thought of getting the grape boba pearls but was sold out thus decided to order another drink, however the staff was not really that friendly and after making payment, I realized that PAssioncard holder does have discount but staff didn't ask if we had the card (which most cases people will have).
I know it's not much of a discount but I think it's value-add and also part of their job to check in with customer. The NEX outlet I went always will ask but am disappointed that this service does not applies to all outlets.
I think to have loyal customers, not only must your items be nice yet reasonable but also customer service plays a big role too.

Ordered Taiwan milk tea. Tea had an acceptable level of tea fragrance but cant really taste the difference that the taiwan cream has on it overall.
Came here for the overhyped pink cactus pearls but couldnt really taste much, it just has this really subtle honey smell, its just more starchy n chewy compared to a normal one.
Wouldnt make a special trip down for this, koi n gongcha is better.
