Best zichar in this region. Taste good and reasonably priced. Takeaway very often.

Siong BBQ Seafood in this crammed little coffee shop serves one of the best see chup hor fun and har cheong gai I've ever had in the sengkang-punggol area. I can literally slurp up every bit of the "chup" in their wok-hei-filled hor fun, and finish whacking a plate of their crispy har cheong gai that's so full of flavour in under 10 mins! Not forgetting to mention its classic bbq stingray with yummy sambal, of course. the four heavenly kings dish is not bad too. Just know that the normal seafood hor fun tastes so-so only; so no need to waste your calories on it. 😆 weekend waiting time is painfully long tho... 😅 But just in case you're feeling like eating fried rice, drop that thought. I tried their salted fish fried rice and it was really really sub-standard. Almost no wok-hei with clumps of rice lying around. The fried rice was not even hot when served, and the sliced fish cake was cold too. Horrendous!

Packed late dinner here - 咸鱼鸡丁炒饭。very good with generous chicken cube bits and salted fish chips. Plenty of wok hei as the cook tossed the rice over flames till it "smoked". Friendly stall operator. When I reached there it was near closing time around 10pm. I asked if the kitchen is closed? Lady boss said said they were waiting for me! How nice!

Order their bbq sotong set, stingray, prawns rolls & the sambal veg.. Not bad for their set meal, c/w egg. Even though their sambal chilli, is liquid but v addictive. Not v spicy.. Their prawn rolls are v crispy & full of flavours. Nice to go with their sweet sauce. Thumbs up, will def go there again. For budget & cheap bbq seafood & their tze cha dishes..
