The outlet at BPP is supposed to be opened until 10pm. Been here from 8.25pm to 9.05pm, lights are switched on and cupcakes are around but NO STAFF in sight. Break for SO Long!???? What’s the use of a number provided but nobody picked up the handphone!!!!

The blackout slice I ordered was too sweet. There's no other flavour except sweet x infinity. Even tho cakes aren't exactly something you'd eat on a regular basis I think something this sweet can only eat once every few years. Good thing the slice is tiny so I guess that balances it out...
Bought a whole cake from this outlet. Requested for a 6inch cake and staff brought out a cake that looked kinda small but I trusted them to know their stuff. The twelve cup cakes which tasted heavenly once upon a time, has lost its spirit & life. Now what we get are crumbly cakes with a fake tasteless cream top. The cake & cream had a dash of slight salty beautiful taste. All gone with the original owners. Very sad
